Q Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes/cancellations aren’t always possible. Email us ASAP with your order number — we’ll do our best if it hasn’t shipped yet.
Q An item is sold out — what can I do?
Join the waitlist on the product page or contact support. We’ll notify you when it’s restocked or suggest similar styles.
Q How long does shipping take? Do you ship internationally?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery times and costs depend on your location and are shown at checkout. Yes — we ship worldwide.
Q My order is late or missing items — what should I do?

Q What is your return & refund policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is for a sizing exchange or a quality issue.
Not eligible: final sale items, free gifts, bras & underwear. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Q How do I start a return or exchange?

Q I received a faulty or incorrect item — what now?
We’re so sorry! Contact us right away with photos. Once confirmed, we’ll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
