We are pleased to offer free shipping to all our UK customers who spend over £50. You should receive your goods within 1 to 3 working days of your order being placed.
Guaranteed Next Day UK Delivery
Guaranteed next day delivery to anywhere in the UK is charged at £8.99
EU, USA & Canada Delivery
International shipping to Europe, USA and Canada is set at a flat rate of £16.
Worldwide Delivery
Shipping to the rest of the world costs £20.
Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS
We are more than happy to accept a return of any UNWORN items still fitted with tags and labels and sent back WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. We simply ask that when you receive an order, you try it on OVER panties or undergarments. We are unable to accept worn items for hygienic reasons
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your return is received; we will inspect it for the following

No smells other than natural product orders

No animal or pet hair

No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles on items with latex

Original packaging
we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
NOTE: SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
